Validation of MBBS degree in India depends on the Medical Council of India. MCI approves the medical degrees of foreign universities for the students who want to practice in India. Some of the regulations for MBBS admissions as per MCI are:
For issuing an eligibility certificate for FMGE exam and for granting provisional medical educational qualification.
Before taking admission, the applicants must have to inquire the status of MCI approved medical university in abroad.
The candidate who has passed required examination and want to pursue MBBS from abroad on or after the 15th March 2002, he/she must apply to MCI for issuing eligibility certificate
The candidate should submit the application form for an eligibility certificate of Rs.500 with a demand draft drawn in favor of Secretary, Medical Council of India, New Delhi.li>
No admission entry will be allowed until the candidate has completed 17 years on or before the year of the admission process.

Academics & Medical Studies
Medicine is one of the lucrative career options for Indian students who are studying MBBS in abroad. In order to be eligible for the medicine course, students should obtain AAA grade in chemistry and biology subjects as per requirements.
Some universities conduct English proficiency test like IELTS for international students. The score must be not less than 6.5 for each category candidate.
The duration of medical studies ranges from 4 to 6 years. Students have to undergo Specialty training after four years of study.
The Certificate of Completion Training (CCT)
is awarded to students after completing specialty training.
The curriculum designed for a medical study comprises of 12 semesters.
The MBBS syllabus taught in abroad have preliminary subjects like Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Community Medicine, Human Anatomy, Forensic medicine, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics, Paediatrics etc.
Validation of the Visa Process
Well, if you want to study MBBS in abroad, having a visa is an obligatory thing. How to apply for it? Is it a difficult task? Absolutely not.
Applying for a visa is a transparent and simple process.
Just note it down:
The candidates need to apply for a student visa to study in abroad.
After confirmation, the candidate will get an invitation letter from the recognized university.
The candidate has to submit an invitation letter to the respective embassy of the country.
Normally, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for proceeding. After completion of course, if the candidate wants to practice in abroad then he/she must apply for a residence permit with a span of 3 months.
If the candidate wants to do a job in abroad, then he/she can apply for a work visa .
During the process, the candidate needs to carry documents like -
Proof of bonafide certificate
Application fee payment receipt
Passport size photos etc.
Career Options after getting MBBS Degree in Abroad
Clinical Practice with a certificate
To start with a clinical practice after acquiring a 6-year MBBS degree is the major option for each medical aspirant. The certificate is valid in government as well as private sectors. In a government hospital, depending on your skills, you can get appointed as a full-time doctor.
In the private sector, you can recruit in a corporate hospital as duty medical officer or you can establish your own clinic.
Applying for specialty courses
Looking forward to this option is not an easy task. I tell you why? There are very less postgraduate seats available within each specialty. To apply for the PG course, it is necessary to clear the
PG entrance test . Specialization varies as per respective course of interest.
The duration of PG course vary as per specializations, one is a
3-year MD/MS course , 2nd is 2-year diploma courses, apart from that there is another option of the Diploma of National Board (DNB).
Applying in Research Centers
The research institutes like Indian Council for Medical Research, Center for cellular and molecular biology, WHO projects, Cross-sectional or other types of clinical research centers, National Institute of Health and Neuroscience recruit the doctors with attractive salary package..
So, to earn a successful medical career, MBBS in abroad is the most lucrative option for Indian students.
