About Lodz City

  • Lodz is the city in Poland situated in the northwestern edge of Lodz highlands lies on Vistula and Oder rivers. The city had only 799 inhabitants in the decades of 1820. During the Period, the Congress Kingdom of Poland invited the foreign weavers and artisans to settle there for the development and evolution of business in the Lodz. Lodz is the 3rd largest city in Poland that has produced a large number of cotton goods, wool, silk and artificial fibers.
