CUET UG 2026 Advisory Released: NTA Flags Photo Mismatch, Correction Window Open Till April 10

NTA advisory CUET UG 2026 has been released. The National Testing Agency has issued an advisory for CUET UG candidates after discrepancies were found in candidate photographs in verification. NTA has urged applicants to complete identity verification soon so that they do not face any issue on exam day. CUET UG exam is scheduled on 11 May to 31 May 2026.

NTA has also opened a correction window for candidates. CUET UG application correction window is open from 7 April to 10 April 2026. Students can now upload supporting documents and resolve photo mismatches.

Why Has NTA Issued the Advisory?

Once candidates fill the application form, NTA performs scrutiny to verify details. In this process, NTA found:

• Some candidates were not using Aadhaar as identity proofs
• Live photos uploaded in application did not match UIDAI records
• Identity verification concerns were flagged

NTA has asked candidates to re-verify their identity.
