Goa NEET UG Counselling Round 2 2026 is the second chance of admission for candidates seeking MBBS, BDS and other NEET based UG courses through the Goa NEET UG counselling process. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa manages admissions to NEET-based degree courses in the state. 

DTE Goa released the final merit list for NEET based courses like MBBS in Goa, BDS and B.Pharm on August 20, 2026. The first round of admission was conducted from 25 August to 28 August 2026, with candidates called according to their course, category and merit. 

The official DTE website has not released a separate Round 2 schedule for Goa as of September 2, 2026. According to the state counseling calendar at the national level, the second round of state NEET UG counseling will be conducted between August 31 and September 8, 2026.

Goa has a few government medical and dental institutions participating in the NEET-based admission system. The best option for pursuing MBBS in Goa is Goa Medical College, while Goa Dental College & Hospital is the major government institution for BDS. 

For 2026-27, NMC has approved an increase in the MBBS intake at Goa Medical College from 200 to 250 seats.
