Students who have cleared NEET 2025 and are aiming to become a doctors can go for MBBS or BDS admission in Haryana. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, conducts Haryana NEET counseling process for both government and private medical colleges in the state.

Here’s a detailed, step-by-step procedure on how to register for Haryana Medical Counselling 2025.


Step 1: Registration

Visit the official counselling portal: https://uhsrugcounselling.com
Here you’ll find all the important links , updates, schedules, registration links, and notifications on the website related to Haryana NEET counselling.

  • Click on the “New Registration” link for UG (MBBS/BDS) counselling, given on the homepage.
  • You’ll see an interface redirected to the registration form. Fill the registration form with personal details.

Step 3: Fill the Registration Form

Students need to fill in all the required personal and academic details such as:

  • NEET 2025 Roll Number
  • Name (as per NEET scorecard)
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Aadhar Number (for identity verification)
  • NEET 2025 Score, Percentile, and Rank

Note -  Double-check all information before submitting the form.


Step 4: Create a Password and Login

After submitting the registration form, the next step will be of creation of a Login ID and password.

These credentials are very necessary; they will be used for logging in and completing the further steps of the counselling process, and will also be useful after the process. Keep all the credentials safe.


Step 5: Pay the Registration & Security Fee

Once registered, you must pay:

Note - The security deposit is adjusted against the tuition fee upon admission or refunded if no seat is allotted. Else, it may be forfeited if a candidate fails to report after seat allotment.

Mode of Payment - You can pay online via Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card.


Step 6: Upload Required Documents

Upload scanned copies of the following documents:

  • NEET UG 2024 Admit Card and Scorecard
  • Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates
  • Character Certificate from the last attended institution
  • Domicile Certificate (for Haryana residents)
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (if applicable)
  • Certificates for Dependent of Freedom Fighters or Ex-Servicemen (if applicable)
  • Minority Status Affidavit (if applicable)
  • Two valid photo ID proofs (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID)
  • Recent passport-sized photographs (four copies)

For NRI Candidates:

  • Equivalency Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities
  • Conversion Certificate (grading to percentage of marks)
  • Proof of NRI status (Passport, OCI/PIO letter, bank account details)

Note: Make sure documents are clear, in the specified format, and within the file size limit.


Step 7: Final Submit and Print Application

After uploading all the documents:

  • Review the complete form to avoid any mistake and cancellation of form.
  • Click on “Final Submit” for submitting it.
  • Download and print a copy of your application for future reference.

Once registered successfully, do not take any stress, you just have to do the following

  • Wait for the release of the merit list.
  • Then you can proceed with choice filling & locking.
  • Wait for the seat allotment. 
  • Followed with reporting and document verification at the allotted institute.
