KUHS offers a wide range of Undergraduate Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes, and the fee structure ranges between ₹25,500 to ₹55.49 Lakhs, with the fee of PG programmes going up to ₹58.27 Lakhs. 

Central State scholarships are offered by the Government of Kerala, which aims to provide financial aid to economically backward students. It makes quality education accessible to all and ensures merit-based admission for candidates belonging to the OBC/SC/ST category and other minorities. Types of scholarships offered at KUHS in 2025 : 

Let’s take a look at the various KUHS Scholarships 2025

1. Central State Scholarships-

These scholarships are offered by the state of Kerala to minority students on the basis of certain criterias as stated by the Government of Kerala

They are of two types-

  • Joseph Mundassery Scholarship
  • CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship

2. KUHS Research Appreciation Award- 

This scholarship is awarded to students on the basis of their performance in research projects. The project report undergoes evaluation by the selection committee. 

  • Scholarships for Economically Weaker Students
  • Scholarships for children of Military Officers
  • Scholarships for Sports Quota Students
  • Scholarships for Physically Disabled Students

Eligibility and Application Process for Scholarships at MPMSU : 

Students must fulfill the following criteria to receive KUHS Scholarships 2025:

  • Central State Scholarships-  These scholarships are offered by the state of Kerala to minority students on the basis of certain criterias as stated by the Government of Kerala

They are of two types-

1. Joseph Mundassery Scholarship- 

Eligibility criteria to avail this scholarship: Students who belong to Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Muslim, and Parsi communities can apply for this scholarship. The student must be a permanent citizen of Kerala. The annual income of the student’s family must be less than ₹ 8 Lakhs per annum. The applicant must also have a bank account in their name.

2. CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship- 

Eligibility Criteria to avail the scholarship: The student should belong to the muslim, Latin, or converted Christian community. The applicant should be a native of Kerala. The student should be a female in the first year of Undergraduate programmes or Postgraduate Programmes. The applicant must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. The family income must be under ₹ 4.5 Lakhs per annum.

3. KUHS Research Appreciation Award- 

This scholarship is awarded to students on the basis of their performance in research projects. The project report undergoes evaluation by the selection committee.

The following is the eligibility criterion to avail this scholarship: Students need to apply online for this scholarship. This scholarship is only valid for UG students at KUHS. A candidate can apply a maximum of twice during their UG course. The scholarship amount is ₹ 10,000. About 1000 students at KUHS can get the scholarship in a given year. The money is transferred to the bank account of the applicant.
