The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has scheduled the SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) board exams for February–March 2026. Specifically, the HSC written exams will run from 10 February to 18 March 2026, while the SSC written exams will take place between 20 February and 18 March 2026. Before the theory exams, the practicals, viva, internal assessments, and project work (for HSC) will be held from 23 January to 9 February, and for SSC from 2 February to 18 February.

In regard to administrative updates, the deadline for filling HSC exam registration forms has been extended to 20 October 2025 for students from flood-affected districts to accommodate difficulties in form submission.
