The National College of Ireland (NCI) has launched a scholarship for Indian students on the occasion of its 75th anniversary. The ₹75 lakh scholarship applies to Indian postgraduate students who study in NCI, Ireland. Recently, Record Number of Indian Students in Ireland Reaches 13,000 Last Year.


The scholarship was announced in New Delhi in the presence of Kevin Kelly, the Ambassador of Ireland to India. The event held talks on smoother employment opportunities for Indian students after postgraduate courses. Academic leaders also discussed talent mobility and skills development of Indian students who aim to study abroad.

National College of Ireland Scholarship ₹75 lakh: What it Offers?

The National College of Ireland is extending scholarships for Indian students who are to enrol in the postgraduate programmes in NCI. The scholarship amounts to ₹75 lakh. The college will provide this only to need-based and meritorious students. It will apply to only selected PG programmes. These streams include:

  • Business
  • Computing
  • Psychology

The scholarships will be applied to the reduction of tuition fees for the recipient.
