The new exam date of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for the academic year 2021 is now announced by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and National Testing Agency (NTA).
Students have been waiting for the final date of the NEET exam 2021, since the COVID-19 pandemic had caused it to be postponed. The NEET exam was scheduled in the first week of August previously.
As per the notification of the National Testing Agency which was released on 1st August 2021 the exam was postponed. And now with this new date of exam students can plan their study patterns Although this is just a tentative date. If the situation of COVID-19 gets under control till the date, then NEET exam will be conducted on 12th September 2021.
The Ministry of Human Resource Development and National Testing Agency holds all rights to change the exam date again if necessary. With this much information students still get plenty of time to prepare for the exam.
It has been cleared that the only exam date is updated and the syllabus as well as the exam pattern are the same as mentioned in the previous notifications.
The total exam would be of 720 marks. There would be multiple choice type of questions and options. Each right answer would get 4 marks whereas each wrong answer would result in deduction of 1 mark.

Students have got plenty of time to study for the NEET 2021 exam. It is advised for the students to plan and act on proper time management as well as study pattern.

There is no notification regarding the admit card of the NEET 2021 exam yet. Although there is a chance of students getting their admit cards between mid August 2021 to August end. This is because the previous schedule shows that the admit card of the NEET candidates was to release 37 days before the exam date.
So the students are advised to start working on their strategies and plans and preparing for the NEET exam 2021.
