The NTA has announced that the last date to apply for the NEET 2026 refund is 7 July, 2026. Students can visit the official NEET refund portal and carefully submit their bank account details. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the latest NTA guidelines for the NEET 2026 examination.

The NTA has introduced OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for student logins to ensure that only genuine students can access the portal and receive the NEET application fee refund. Registered students will receive a one-time password (OTP) on their registered mobile numbers for authentication.

Following the cancellation of the NEET examination held on May 3, the Union Education Minister announced that the NTA would refund the application/examination fee to all students. To facilitate the refund process, the agency initially allowed students to update their banking details from May 22 to May 27.

Subsequently, the deadline for updating banking information was extended to June 30. The NTA has now provided a final opportunity for students to update their bank account number and IFSC code to receive the NEET fee refund.
