The se (PPU), Patna, has released the first merit list for UG admissions for 2026-2030 based on the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). As per official announcemnts, by the Dean of Students’ Welfare, Rajeev Ranjan, 87,517 students had registered for admissions at PPU, with 68,499 students being offered seats by the university, around 78.26% of the total applicants in this intense first phase itself. 

Seats were allotted to students among various major streams of arts, science, and commerce offered at the sprawling campus of PPU, which includes a myriad number of constituent and affiliate colleges. 

With the announcement of the selection results, the formal admission process has now begun. Selected students must confirm their admission through the Samarth admission portal, complete the online fee payment, and undergo physical document verification. All admission formalities must be completed within the deadline specified by the university.
