Para‑clinical advanced (Year 2–3)

Forensic Medicine, Radiology (diagnostic imaging fundamentals),​ Pathology applied to clinical cases (pathological anatomy & physiology),​ Community Medicine/Public Health, etc. 

Core clinical – Medicine block (Years 3–5)

Internal Medicine (Diagnostics of internal diseases I–II; Internal diseases I–II; Internal medicine), Pediatrics (Pediatrics I–II, Pediatric surgery), Family Medicine/General Practice, Tuberculosis & Respiratory Medicine, etc. 

Core clinical – Surgery block (Years 3–5)

General Surgery I–III (with elements of traumatology and orthopedics), Neurosurgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

Core clinical – OBG & allied (Years 3–5)

Obstetrics and Gynecology (introductory in mid‑course, comprehensive OBG/Obstetrics – Gynecology in final years),​ Neonatology integrated with Pediatrics/OBG postings.​

Core clinical – Short specialties (Years 3–5)

Ophthalmology.​ Otorhinolaryngology (ENT),​ Dermatology & Venereology (Dermatovenerology), Neurology, Oncology & Palliative Care.​

Public health, ethics & research (longitudinal)

Community Medicine/Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Bioethics and Legal Bases of Medical Practice, Forensic Medicine, Research Methodology & Scientific‑Research Skills I–II (core for graduation and often linked with a project or thesis).​
