• The candidate will be asked to state their preferences for colleges/institutions in the form of an application. The seat allotment in respective colleges/institutes is to be done out of merit, and the type of the candidate as well as the availability of seats.
• The student will take the print-out of the application form that will be verified at, and original documents, and certified by the university.
• GCAS will make a merit list based on College, Programme, and Merit ranking of candidates will be provided at the Applicant Desk of the student and in such other ways as the University deems desirable.
• The candidate should get in touch with the respective college/institute within the prescribed time.
• Colleges/institutes might demand original document/s to verify the confirmation of the admission. Once the verification of documents is done, the following process takes place.
• The students need to pay, however, only the specified fees listed in the prospectus. 
• Application Form together with the relevant documents pertaining to seeking admission in hard copy, with date and time mentioned therein at the respective college/institute, or on failure by a candidate
