Step 9: The University will issue a visa recommendation letter and the invitation letter to make it easy for the students to get a visa.
Step 10: Apply for a visa at the nearest Ukraine Embassy in your respective countries.
Step 11: Inform the University through mail about visa approval and date of arrival.
Step 12: A university representative will be there to receive the students.
Note: If the student doesn't inform the University about their arrival date, they will be sent back to their homeland.
