Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling Postponed as per MCC Guidelines

Following the guidelines of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has postponed Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling. The counselling was earlier scheduled for admission to vacant NEET PG medical seats under the Assam State Quota.

This postponement update is in line with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) directive that instructed state authorities to hold NEE PG Round 3 counselling nationwide.

Why Assam NEET PG Round 3 Counselling Has Been Postponed?

This deferral is attributed to the order of MCC that told the states to hold off the further process as the percentile eligibility has not garnered approval.

Once the officials publish the revised schedule, the states can also proceed with the same. The pause is directed to ensure uniformity and avoid obstacles in the NEET PG Counselling process at the state and national levels.

Candidates must have an edge on the seats as round 3 will be conducted under Assam NEET PG Seat Matrix.
