The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2026 result. Applicants who had appeared for the exam are advised to visit the official website (natboard.edu.in) to check their results. As per the official notice, the FMGE June 2026 exam was held across India on 28 June 2026.

NBEMS has published the results and marks obtained by applicants. The result is uploaded as a digitally signed PDF, which is considered authentic if it includes the relevant digital signature of an NBEMS official.

Scorecards to be available from July 16

NBEMS has announced that individual FMGE June 2026 scorecards can be downloaded by candidates from the official website on or after 16 July 2026. The scorecards will be available for download for 6 months from the date of issue. Applicants must download and keep a copy as a future reference, as if they request the scorecard after 6 months, it will not be approved.

Details of Pass Certificate

Applicants who qualified in the FMGE June 2026 will get their FMGE Pass Certificates after they complete in-person identity and credential verification. NBEMS will declare the schedule for the verification process separately on its official website.

NBEMS has clarified that the scorecard cannot be utilised for registration with a State Medical Council in place of an FMGE Pass Certificate. Applicants have to obtain the official pass certificate, which must be issued by NBEMS after the verification process is completed.

Significant Information for all candidates

As per NBEMS, all the questions that were asked in the FMGE June 2026 exam were reviewed by the faculty members after the exam to examine for any technical correctness. Marks were awarded to all the candidates appearing for the exam whose questions were identified as technically incorrect. Moreover, in those cases where a question included 2 answers, candidates were awarded marks for choosing either of the correct options.

NBEMS mentioned that the candidature of all the candidates is provisional and is subject to meeting the eligibility conditions stated in the FMGE June 2026 Information Bulletin. If any candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage, then his or her candidature might be cancelled even after the result declaration or the issue of the pass certificate.

NBEMS has stated that the results of 20 candidates have been withheld, and explanations to withhold their results are communicated individually through mail. If any candidate faces any problem, they might contact NBEMS through the official communication channels to get help.
