The Karnataka NEET PG 2025 counselling round 1 registration is now live online. Eligible candidates who have cleared NEET PG 2025 can register to participate in the PG medical counselling for admission to government and private medical colleges in Karnataka. Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Karnataka NEET PG 2025 counselling must meet the following requirements:


General Eligibility

  • Must have qualified NEET PG 2025
  • Possess an MBBS degree from an MCI recognized institute
  • Completed compulsory rotatory internship by April 30, 2025
  • No age limit

Eligibility for Government Seats

  • MBBS must be from a Karnataka recognized institute
  • Candidates from outside Karnataka may be eligible if they studied in the state for 10 years, including class X or XII
  • No age limit


KEA NEET PG Counselling 2025: Document Verification

To be eligible for seat allotment in Karnataka NEET PG 2025 counselling, candidates must complete the document verification process. All required documents should be uploaded in PDF format during registration. Failure to upload valid documents will make the candidate ineligible for seat allotment.

Upon successful verification, candidates will receive a Verification Acknowledgement containing an alphanumeric secret key. This key must be used to set the password for the registered KEA account. Candidates should verify the details in the acknowledgement and report any discrepancies immediately.

Karnataka NEET PG Counselling: Rounds 

During Karnataka NEET PG Counselling, you will need to attend Round 1. In this round, based on the marks, the seats will be filled. 

  • If you cannot have an allotment in Round 1, then you need to attend Round 2
  • Failing to have the allotment in this round is not the end of your dream
  • If you cannot find a seat in he second round, then you will have to attend the Mop-Up Round 
  • Your last option will be the stray vacancy round, where the college authorities fill up the leftover seats after the Mop-Up Round.
