Top Medical Colleges in Rajasthan Top Medical Colleges in Rajasthan

Rajasthan is one of the most rapidly expanding destinations for medical education in India, with 40+ medical colleges in central, government, private, and Rajasthan Medical Education Society (RajMES) schools. The state has 8,000+ MBBS seats and thousands of MD/MS, DNB, Super Speciality (DM/MCh) seats for thousands of aspirants of NEET every year. The NEET UG scores are used for admission to these colleges based on Rajasthan NEET Counselling organised by Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board and Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota (AIQ) and deemed universities.

Rajasthan has a wide range of seat matrix available with Central Institutes (AIIMS Jodhpur and ESIC Medical College), State Government Medical Colleges, Raj Medical Colleges, and Private Medical Colleges. Despite the high NEET cut-off for various Medical Colleges and Universities, Government Medical Colleges in Jaipur like Dr SN Medical College, RNT Medical College, and Government Medical College in Ajmer are still the best choice for medical students with low fees, good clinical exposure, and stable NEET cut-offs.

Due to the rising number of participants and the limited seats offered by the government, the Rajasthan NEET Cutoff 2026 is likely to be competitive. Candidates can expect a 615+ mark for gaining admission to the top government medical colleges and a 490-550 mark for the General category in private medical colleges based on the recent trends in Admission.
