The INI CET July Session 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on 17th May 2026.

Admission to AIIMS Bilaspur is done via the national-level entrance exams regulated for all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. The institute offers MBBS, MD/MS, and BSc Nursing courses. Admission to MBBS is based on NEET UG, and PG courses such as MD/MS is through the INI-CET, which is followed by centralized counselling and seat allotments

For the MBBS course, the total intake is 100 seats, and the course duration is 5.5 years, which will include the internship period. For the PG courses, the intake is 23 seats, and for the BSc Nursing course, there is a total of 40 seats. In addition, the MBBS course, which is reserved, and all the other courses as well. AIIMS Bilaspur follows the government norms. The INI-CET counselling is done through AIIMS Delhi. All the candidates need to register online, fill out their choices, and undergo the seat allotment procedures, which is done through the MCC portal of NEET UG and INI-CET for PG courses.

The eligibility for MBBS includes 10 + 2 with PCB and English, with a minimum of 60% in marks (as applicable for general candidates), and must be 17 years of age by December 31, 2025. At the time of reporting, document verification is unified across the college, and a proper verification takes place.
