Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT), Bangalore was established in the year 2001. The institute is VTU Affiliated University of Karnataka and is accredited by NAAC with a B+ grade. The executive programs offered at Don Bosco Institute of Technology are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi for its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. 

BE is provided in DBIT in several specializations. NBA has accredited courses such as BE Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Electrical& Electronics Engineering, and Civil Engineering. A candidate who wants to join the BE course needs to qualify in CET/ COMEDK Exams and based on percentage in 10+2. DBIT also provides MBA an and a postgraduate course.
