Ilia State University Admissions: Eligibility, Document Required

For hassle free admission follow the below Steps

Step 1:Submit Online Application.

Step 2:Receive the application feedback within 7 business days.

Step 3:Receive the preliminary approval of the application and pay the application fee

Step 4: Wait for the enrollment that involves translation, notarization, certification of the documents into Georgian, payment of the service fee at the National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement and submission of the documents for the recognition and enrollment purposes.
(Note: step 4 procedures takes up to 1 month)

Step 5: Receive the ministry order granting the right to get enrolled at the university, sign the agreement and pay the tuition fee within 5 calendar days.

Step 6: Receive the invitation letter.

Step 7: Check the visa requirements and if necessary, apply for a long term visa (Immigration, type D).

Step 8: Plan your arrival, prepare documents and share the travel details with the admissions officer.

Note: Before you start to fill out the online application, make sure that you have prepared all required documents for submission

• A copy of your passport
• A recent passport-size photograph
• 10th-grade certificate and transcript
• 12th-grade certificate and transcript
• Transcript of Records and Diploma of Bachelor's Degree (for Master's Degree applicants)
• Letter of Motivation
• Curriculum Vitae
• Two Letters of Recommendation
• English proficiency certificate (if available) Documents should be submitted in English or Georgian.
• Transfer certificate
• All academic transcripts
• Verification of language test scores Health and travel insurance
• Student visa
• Birth certificate
• NOC and Sponsor letter
• Evidence of your financial status

Note: If the documents are in any other language, they must be officially translated into English or Georgian and notarized.
