MBBS

The MD educational program at Ilia State University includes 2 stages, which are given below:

• Basic Medical Teaching (1 to 3 years)
• Clinical Attachment (4 to 6 years)

• Anatomy
• Biophysics
• Medical biology I
• Basics of sociology and psychology for healthcare professionals
• Anatomy II
• Physiology
• Biochemistry, etc.

• Foreign candidates who have completed the secondary or equivalent education in a foreign nation are eligible to apply to this program without passing the Unified National Examinations. 
• The international candidates should have English language knowledge (At least B2 level) and take an exam in Biology or Chemistry.
• Candidates should have a recognised English qualification that is aligned with CEFR level B2 for a successful application. 
• A NEET UG qualification is needed for Indian students for being eligible for MBBS abroad and can practice medicine in India later.

IELTS

• Academic (Band 5.5)

• Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of the Other Languages)

• Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 160/Level B2 (also grades A/B/C)

• First Certificate in English (FCE): 160/Grade C (also grades A/B)

• Business English Certificate (Higher) BEC: with at least 45 score, corresponding to the CEFR Level B2 (also grades A/B/C)

• Business Language Testing Service BULATS: 60 overall

• Business English Certificate (Vantage) BEC: with a minimum score of 60, equivalent to Grade C (also grades A/B)

• PTE (General level 3)

• PTE Academic (59-75 points)

OR

An English proficiency statement from the university, high school, or college that confirms that the language of instruction was English.

OR

A certificate issued by a local or international English language instruction provider such as a language school, that confirms the B2 level acquisition as a result of a language course attended.

• Submit an online application, or candidates can apply with the help of the university admissions portal.
• Provide the needed documents for assessment.
• Interview and entrance exams might be needed.
• Get the Letter of Acceptance from the university.
• Process a Georgian student visa that is D-type with an acceptance letter.
• Enrol and start studies at the beginning of the semester.
