Step 1: Online Application

Choose your course and submit the required documents via email:
Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12
School Leaving Certificate
Valid Passport Copy

Step 2: Receive Invitation Letter

Your application will be reviewed, and you’ll be notified of acceptance or rejection within 1-2 working days. If accepted, you will receive an admission confirmation.

Step 3: Pay Enrollment Fees

After confirmation, pay the fees via net banking or other payment methods.

Step 4: Apply for Visa

Once you receive the Invitation Letter, apply for a Visa immediately. Required documents:

Invitation Letter from the university.
Valid International Passport (minimum 2 years validity).
Attested high school certificates.
Medical certificate (HIV/AIDS & STD-free).

Step 5: Arrival in Kyrgyzstan

Pay the first-year fees before arrival and send flight details. If you fail to inform the university, you may face deportation.

Step 6: Start Classes

Upon arrival, register at the university within 3 days and submit original documents with fee receipts. Classes commence in early September, so apply before the deadline.
