Muzaffarnagar medical College admission procedure is entrance based, which is done by national-level medical entrance examinations:

Admission to MBBS NEET UG
MD/MS admission NEET PG

The qualified candidates are to perform MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counseling or the UP state counseling based on the quota (All India Quota or State Quota). Seats are assigned depending upon the entrance exam scores, category, preferences and availability.
