Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) is the second oldest agricultural university in India. It was established in 1962 with more than 12 colleges under its affiliation. As per the NIRF 2025 ranking, it ranked 19th in Agriculture and Allied Sectors category. It was recognized by ICAR and UGC and approved by AICTE in 1987.
