SIIB Pune: Admission 2026, Fees, Courses, Cutoff, Ranking, Placement

Symbiosis Institute of International Business MBA programs have a two-step admission process: the SNAP entrance exam followed by the GEPI selection process. All admission processes for the MBA (International Business), MBA (Agri Business), and MBA (Sustainability Management) should be done within the given time frame. 

Step 1: Register for SNAP Test.

The candidates are required to enrol themselves on the official SNAP portal to apply for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). All Symbiosis MBA Institutes require this entrance exam for admission called SNAP. Applicants are allowed to appear in a maximum of three SNAP test attempts. 

Step 2: Fill out Application for SIIB Pune

Once candidates have registered for SNAP, they need to apply to the SIIB Pune separately, choosing the preferred MBA course and paying the registration fee to SIIB Pune. Registration will be finalized once both SNAP and SIIB application payments are successfully made. 

Step 3: SNAP Examination

SNAP is a computer-based written test which consists of questions from Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability. The test is held in various cities of the country, and the highest mark secured out of the several attempts of the test is normally taken into account for admission shortlisting. 

Step 4: GEPI Shortlisting

Candidates who make it to the next stage in the admission process are selected based on the SNAP percentile and academic profile. Applicants are informed about the shortlisting process through the official SIIB website as per the announced admission schedule of the institute. 

Step 5: Group Exercise & Personal Interview (GEPI)

Students who make the cut will be required to go through the GEPI round, which consists of:

Step 6: Final Merit List

The final merit list is based on the following:

SIIB Pune: Eligibility Criteria

The admission procedure at Symbiosis Institute of International Business is through the SNAP entrance exam, and after the candidate clears the SNAP exam, the next step is the GE-PIWAT exam, which includes group discussion, personal interview, and written ability test.

SIIB Pune: Cutoffs

Symbiosis Institute of International Business has its own entrance exam i.e. SNAP, which is conducted every year around December. The cutoff of SNAP depends on factors like the level of the paper and how many students are giving that paper. The previous year's SNAP cutoff for admissions in the MBA program was 93 percentile for all the courses.
