Students can check their results on the official website https://polycetap.nic.in/Default.aspx,  by entering their hall ticket number. If not satisfied, candidates can apply for the revaluation. Check the cutoffs category-wise. If cleared, the candidates can further apply for the counseling process.

AP POLYCET 2025: How to Check Results?

The following are the steps to check the result of the AP POLYCET 2025 exam:

  1. Candidates must visit the website https://polycetap.nic.in/Default.aspx, as the results will be available here.
  2. Next, find the “AP POLYCET 2025 result” tab on the homepage.
  3. A new window opens where the candidate needs to enter details such as admit card number or hall ticket number, and roll no.
  4. Click on submit, and the result marksheet will be previewed here.
  5. Check in for the important details on it and download it.

AP POLYCET 2025: Counselling Documents

Check out the following documents required for the AP POLYCET exam counselling:

SSC Marks Memo

Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent examination.

Community Certificate

For BC/SC/ST candidates – issued by MRO or higher authority with sub-caste and serial number, as per Annexure-V. Must include Date of Birth.

POLYCET-2025 Hall Ticket & Rank Card

Proof of appearance and rank in the entrance examination.

Study Certificate (Class IV to X)

Certificate of study for entire period from Class 4 to 10.

Residence Certificate (Private candidates)

For candidates without regular schooling, 7-year residence certificate (preceding qualifying exam) from MRO – as per Annexure-VI.

10-Year Residence Certificate

For non-local candidates – 10-year residence certificate (excluding outside study period) from MRO or equivalent.

Employment Certificate (if applicable)

For candidates whose parent/spouse is employed in Andhra Pradesh—certificate from employer.

Medical Certificate (PH candidates)

Certificate from State/District Medical Board in prescribed format (Annexure-VII).

NCC Certificate

Certificate issued by competent authority for NCC participation.

Participation Certificates

For events like the International Youth Exchange, the Republic Day Parade (Delhi), or state-level competitions.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

The original TC is to be submitted within one week of admission; else, admission stands cancelled.

Physical Fitness Certificate

Issued by a doctor not below the rank of civil surgeon.

Income Certificate

Issued by Mandal Revenue Officer.

Minority Certificate

Issued by a competent authority if the candidate belongs to a minority community.
