- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for candidates to apply.
- Nationality: Students with Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh domicile can apply for the exam.
- Qualification: Students must have 10+2 with PCM ( Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
- Minimum Marks: General category students must have a minimum of 45% and reservation category students must have 40% marks for applying to JKCET 2026.
- TFW Eligibility: Candidates with the TFW ( The Fee Waiver) category are considered open merit candidates.
