Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala declared the KEAM 2025 exam result on its official website. The results were released on 14th May, 2025 following the KEAM rank list 2025. Essential Steps in KEAM 2025 Counselling Process

• Registration: 

Eligible candidates must register on KEAM Candidate Portal on cee.kerala.gov.in using their application number and password. This starts about two to three weeks after results are declared.

• Document Upload: 

Candidates need to upload required documents such as 10+2 marksheet, certificates and ID proof.

• Option Entry (Choice Filling): 

Registered candidates log in to the portal to select and prioritize their preferred colleges and courses. The system displays only eligible combinations for each candidate, and choices must be made in order of preference.

• Review and Print: 

Candidates are advised to review and take a printout of their selections.

• Trial Allotment: 

A trial seat allotment is conducted before final closure of the option entry phase, meant to give candidates an idea of their chances of seat allocation. It does not guarantee a seat.

• Final Seat Allotment: 

Once option entry closes, CEE publishes the seat allotment results online. Candidates receive allotment memos detailing the allotted college and applicable fees.

• Payment of Fees and Reporting: 

Candidates allotted seats must pay the required fee within the stipulated time and report to their allotted institute. Failure to pay fees or to report in time results in forfeiture of allotted seats.

• Further Rounds and Spot Admissions: 

Subsequent rounds may be conducted for vacant seats. Spot admissions are generally held in September for remaining seats.
