The OJEE 2026 counselling process will start after the OJEE result and rank card are declared. The counselling process for OJEE conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee of Odisha State is for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including B.Tech, B. Pharm, MBA, MCA, and M.Tech, etc. Only qualified candidates who have obtained a rank in OJEE 2026 will be able to attend the counselling process. Step by Step OJEE Counselling Process
1. Online Registration and Choice Filling
- Candidates should visit the official OJEE website: www.ojee.nic.in.
- Register for counselling by inputting your application number, rank, and other necessary details.
- Fill out the list of colleges and courses of your choice, according to preference.
- Lock your choices on or before the closing date.
2. Document Verification
- Upload scanned copies of your documents such as rank card, admit card, mark sheets, category certificate (if applicable), and photo ID authorisation.
- Documents will be verified online, and make sure the documents are authenticated and valid.
3. Seat Allotment
- Seats will be allotted based on rank, category, and order of preference.
- The seat allotment result will be published on the official website.
- Download a seat allotment letter.
4. Reporting to the Assigned Institute
- Candidates must report to the assigned institute and time.
- Candidates must submit the documents and deposit the admission fee for admission to be confirmed.
- If the candidate is not happy with the allottee, they can choose the float option for participation in the next round.
