UP Board Class 10 Exam 2025: Dates, Pattern, Merit List & Previous Papers

The UP Board exam Class 10 2025 will be held by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) for lakhs of students across the state. Students from both regular and private category will appear in this annual board exam. Exam is expected to held in February 2025, in two shifts – morning and evening.

This exam will be based on 100 marks per subject, including theory and internal/practical marks. The papers will be held in offline mode only and students need to carry their admit card on all days.

Each subject have its own pattern but most subject carry 70 marks for written paper and 30 marks for internal or practical exam. Below is the table for theory exam pattern.

Exam Mode & Paper Style

• All exams will be held offline (pen & paper mode)
• Question paper have mix of MCQs, short answer and long answer
• Answer sheet will be checked centrally by UPMSP
• Students must bring their own pen, ruler, admit card etc

Shift Timing

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM
• Reach center at least 30 mins before start time

Medium of Paper

Most papers are in Hindi language, but English version also provided for English subject and some bilingual options. Student must follow instructions written on their question paper.
