FMGE Scorecard 2025 Released: Download December 2025 Result, Pass Percentage & Details

FMGE scorecard 2025 is released on 6 February 2026. Candidates must visit the official website to download the FMGE 2025-26 scorecards. The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences has released scorecards for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination, December 2025. Candidates must check their FMGE scorecards online through the official website natboard.edu.in. As per updates, only 10,262 candidates cleared the FMGE this session. A majority of candidates did not qualify.

As per the FMGE result, the pass percentage to 23.37%, up from 18.61% as compared to the June session. Despite this rise of 4,765, more than 76% of candidates could not qualify. FMGE 2025 results of four candidates have been withheld. The board clarified that results are provisional and candidates will receive pass certificates only after in-person verification of documents. As per the final answer key, one question on the exam was incorrect, and another had two correct answers. Marks were awarded to all candidates for these questions. Even after the corrections, the overall FMGE qualifying percentage was below 25%.

A total of 43,933 aspirants registered for the FMGE December 2025 exam. Of which 42,872 appeared for the exam held on January 17, while 1061 were absent. FMGE is mandatory for candidates who have completed their MBBS from a recognized medical university abroad and wish to practice medicine in India.

• Select “FMGE.”
• Go to Applicant login
• Sign in to your registered account 
• The FMGE scorecard will be displayed on the screen
• Download and save it.
