The following steps guide you for the Madhya Pradesh Stray Vacancy Round

Step 1: Check if you qualify
If a candidate did not get a seat in Rounds 1 or 2, and has an MP domicile NEET score, they can join the stray vacancy round.

Step 2: Collect all your required documents

  • NEET admit card & scorecard

  • MP domicile certificate

Who Should Apply for the Stray Vacancy Round in Madhya Pradesh?

Candidates who have not secured a seat in the previous rounds and want to participate in the 85% state quota for MBBS or BDS seats can apply for the stray vacancy round in MP NEET Counselling 2026. Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Rounds 1, 2, or in the mop-up round are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.

Madhya Pradesh Stray Vacancy Round: Eligibility Criteria

  • NEET-UG Qualification - Candidate must have qualified for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test exam. 
  • Age- Minimum age is 17 years.
  • Educational Qualification- 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as the main subjects.
  • No Existing Seat- Candidate can not hold any seat in any round in the state or the all-India quota
  • Security Deposit- Candidate must submit a fixed refundable amount
  • MP Domicile- Candidate must have a state domicile if they want admission in the state quota
  • Category Certificates- If a candidate applies for a reservation, they must have a valid certificate.
