The Uttar Pradesh Department of Medical Education and Training (UPDGME) has not yet released the Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2026 seat matrix for MD, MS, and DNB courses. The state quota seat matrix is published on the official UPDGME website in PDF format. The PDF contains course-wise, category-wise, and college-wise seats for PG medical admissions in medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
The seat data for 2026 will be released after the authority extended the choice-filling schedule for the UP NEET PG Round 1 counselling process.

UP NEET PG seats cover government medical colleges, autonomous institutes, universities, and private/minority institutions in Uttar Pradesh. The state has approximately 5,500 postgraduate medical seats this year.

Private and minority colleges’ share:
- Era Medical College Lucknow: 115 seats
- Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow: 76 seats
- F.H. Medical College & Hospital, Agra: 48 seats
UP offers 124 DNB seats in 46 institutions. Seats are from 1 to 9 per hospital. Many district hospitals, women’s hospitals, and combined hospitals have 1-5 seats each.
