Smart Classrooms

The design of the classrooms in IIT Indore is modernized, that is, the classrooms are air-conditioned with digital projection, ergonomic seats, and high-speed internet connectivity to enable interaction and research-oriented learning.

Auditorium

The auditorium facilities are also some of the biggest in the IIT system with IIT Indore having a 2,600 seat auditorium capable of hosting massive events and also live streaming. It has modern audio-visual facilities to accommodate lectures, conferences and cultural programs.

Canteen Area

• The canteen facilities of IIT Indore are focused on the Central Dining Facility, which is situated in the Carbon Building. 
• This is a large dining hall with a capacity of about 1,500 people at once and it serves different cuisines with numerous caterers. Its dining experience is also helped by a weekly changing menu that is designed by the student body and gives variety and healthy meals.

Hospital Facilities 

• The IIT Indore receives the full hostel services in its five Halls of Residence A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Homi Jehangir Bhabha, Vikram Sarabhai, C.V. Raman and Devi Ahilya (only women). 
• The accommodation will be in 5 BHK rooms, and will be shared by five students with individual rooms equipped with cot, study table, almirah and high speed wifi connectivity. 
• 24hrs security with CCTV. Moreover, there is a bank and ATM, a medical center and printing services that can be found in or around the hostels.

Sports

• IIT Indore has a wide range of sports facilities in it, such as a 6 court indoor badminton complex, several basketball courts, a FIFA standard football field and a swimming pool which can be accessed on membership basis. 
• There is also an athletic area, table tennis, volleyball, and squash area, as well as an athletic gym with a well-equipped yoga studio. 
• These amenities contribute to a healthy sports culture whose events and matches are more than 59 and 645 respectively, involving over 3,500 participants in 13 clubs.

Library 

• The Learning resource center (LRC) of IIT Indore has extensive academic resources with more than 41,500 books, 
• 13,000+ e-journals, and 8,050+ e-books. It offers 12 specialized databases such as the IEEE Xplore, JSTOR and the Scifinder. AM, 11: 00-PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:30 PM Library open.

Hostel

• The hostels have 5/6 BHK units with individual rooms that are equipped with cot, almirah, study table, and chair. Facilities will consist of RO drinking water, hot water, attached bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and LAN ports as well as common space with a sofa and discussion table. 
• Other amenities that the campus offers include green vehicle transport, 24/7 medical care, leisure facilities such as badminton courts and foosball tables. There is CCTV surveillance and the presence of on-site guards to provide security.
