AILET Application/Registration Process 2026

The AILET 2026 application process has been completed in online mode. Candidates had to carefully fill in personal, academic, and category details, upload the required documents, choose preferred exam centres, and pay the application fee. The step-by-step admission process is mentioned below.

1. Read the Notification Thoroughly: Suppose there is any doubt about your eligibility. Refrain from applying. The application fee will not be refunded, no matter what.

2. Fill the Personal Details Correctly: Enter your name, date of birth, parents' names, and all contact details as given in your Class 10 certificate. Also, use a valid email ID and mobile number from which you can be contacted.

3. Category and Nationality: Select the Category duly. Ask yourself which category you belong to (SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwD/ General/ Kashmiri Migrant, etc.). Set nationality Indian or Foreign, as the case may be. Category certificates will be checked during admission.

4. Exam Centre Preferences: Choose three cities in order of preference for the examination centre.

5. Academic Information: Enter the academic information carefully. For BA LL.B., Class X or Class XII marks, and for LL.M., the LL.B. degree details are required. Enter either the percentage or CGPA, depending on the instructions.

6. Upload Photo and Signature

• Colour passport photo against a white background (max 1MB)
• Clear scanned signature (6x3cm), in black/blue ink (max 1MB)

9. Payment and Acknowledgement: Payment of fees shall be made online either through Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. After successful payment, an Application Number and a payment Receipt will be generated.

10. Original Documents Required: At the time of Admission/Counselling, the Candidate Shall Have to produce the Originals of the following:

• Mark sheets (Class X, XII, and/or LL.B.)
