AP EAPCET Application Process for 2026: Important Dates, Fees, Payment Modes, Documents, and Admit Card Info

The AP EAPCET 2026 admission process, called Centralised Admission Process (CAP), is handled by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). All those who are eligible to take AP EAPCET 2026 should participate in CAP rounds, commencement of which is anticipated in July 2026, to take admission to an engineering, agriculture or pharmacy course in 322+ colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The following is the process of admission consecutively.

Step 1: New Registration

Applicants can register themselves for counselling through the official site http://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET.  A hyperlink to register CAP will be posted, and the candidates will be asked to use their registration number and hall ticket number to generate the login details.

Step 2: Application Form

The online application form requires the details of the personal information (name, date of birth), contact details, as well as the educational qualifications (the 10+2 details). Choose colleges and courses (B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Sc. Agriculture) of choice and interest as per the eligible slab.

Step 3: Document Verification

Uploaded documents will be verified at prescribed help centres or online as per specifications. List of documents needed in the form of 10+2 marksheet, AP EAPCET rank card and category certificate (if any) as indicated on the counselling portal.

Step 4: Merit list and Seat allotment

APSCHE publishes a provisional merit list on 75 normalised marks of AP EAPCET and 25 marks in 10+2, and then the final merit list. The applicants can verify their position in the portal and attend online counselling sessions. The allocation of seats is on the basis of rank, category and college preferences of the student and the results are informed through the registration portal.

Step 5: College Reporting

Once the seat allotment is done, the candidates need to approach the assigned college with the original certificates (No fake certificates are allowed during Admission,) like 10 + 2 marks sheet, AP EAPCET 2026 rank card, hall ticket, seat allotment letter, and category certificate (as needed), to complete the admission process.

AP EAPCET 2026 is anticipated to be held in May 2026, with the Engineering program expected to be held between May 21 and May 27. The following is an estimation:

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) will most likely issue the admit card of AP EAPCET 2026 in May 2026. Aspirants who have through the registration process can download their admit card by logging in to the candidate portal at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in  with their registration number, date of birth, and the qualifying exam hall ticket number. Students have to carry the admit card, which will be required to enter the examination hall.
