IPU CET Result 2026, Cutoff, and Counselling Process

The IPU CET 2026 result will be declared in the first week of June 2026. The previous year's result has been declared with the list of toppers on the official website by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Authority. Step 1: Go to the official IPU CET website ipu.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the Result link and find and click on “IPU CET 2025 result’ on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your registration and password to log in.

Step 4: IPU CET 2025 result cum scorecard will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the PDF of the scorecard and take a printout for future reference for admission.

IPU CET Counselling Process 2026

The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashtha University will conduct the counselling process of IPU CET 2026. Refer to the points below to know about the step-by-step counselling process.

Step 1: IPU CET Registration and Fee Payment

The candidate must register on the official GGSIPU website with a fee payment of ₹ 1000, which should be paid online. After the registration, proceed with the registration process by providing personal and academic details.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

After the document verification, the candidate needs to log in with the given ID and password. Then, they will have to fill out the preferred college and courses in order of preference. The candidate can make the changes in addition, rearrange, or modify their choices before the final date.  The candidates can check the course-wise, category-wise, and college-wise seat matrix released by the authority at the time of choice filling.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

The candidate can check the seat allotment, which will be released on the official website. They can log in with their ID and password to download the IPU CET seat allotment letter from the official website. Seats are allotted based on the candidate’s CET rank, reservation category, and preferences.

Step 4: Fee Payment and Seat Acceptance

The candidate who has been allotted a seat should pay the academic fee online to confirm the seat, and the fee should be paid within the stipulated time. If the candidate fails to pay within the stipulated time, the allotted seat will be forfeited. They can choose the ‘freeze’ option for the allotted seat if they are satisfied with the given seat, or ‘float’ if they want to upgrade in the next round.

Step 5: Document Verification

The candidate must verify the required documents at the counselling centre. They must carry all the documents with their original and photocopies. The documents will be verified by the authority, and if the documents are correct, the candidate will be given a slip with ID and password.

Step 6: Reporting at Allotted Institutes

The candidates with their respective allotted institutes can report to their institutes to confirm the admission within the stipulated time. They are advised to carry all the required documents during the reporting, along with the IPU CET counselling allotment letter to the institute.
