JCECE Result 2025, Cutoff, and Counselling Process

The JCECE 2025 result will be declared in the month of July 2025 by the Jharkhand Examination Authority. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can download the result from the JCECE official website. Refer to the points below to know step-by-step.

How to download the JCECE Result?

• Go to the official JCECE website.
• Find and click on "JCECE result" on the homepage.
• Enter your registration and password to log in.
• JCECE 2025 result cum scorecard will appear on the screen.
• Download the PDF of the scorecard and take a printout for future reference for admission.

The JCECE 2025 cutoff will be released by the authority after the JCECE results. After the exam declaration, and will start releasing their JCECE cutoff percentage. The JCECE result is expected to be released in the month of July, 2025. The cutoff for JCECE 2025 is also yet to be released on the official website. The JCECE 2025 counselling process will begin after the JCECE result declaration, which is expected to be released in the third week of May 2025. The JCECE counselling includes JCECE registration and document verification, Choice filling and locking, Seat allotment and Reporting at Allotted institutes. The JCECE 2025 counselling notification is yet to be released. Refer to the points below to know about the step-by-step JCECE counselling process.

Step 1: JCECE registration and document verification

The candidate must verify the required documents at the counselling centre. They must carry all the documents with their original and photocopies. The documents will be verified by the authority, and if the documents are correct, the candidate will be given a slip with ID and password.

List of documents required:

• Class 10 scorecard
• Class 12 scorecard
• 2 passport-sized photographs, recent
• Study certificate countersigned by the concerned Authority.
• JCECE 2025 application form
• JCECE 2025 admit card
• JCECE 2025 application fee proof
• Caste certificate

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

After the document verification, the candidate needs to log in with the given ID and password. Then, they will have to fill out the preferred college and courses in order of preference.

The candidate can make the changes in addition, rearrange or modify their choices before the final date.  The candidates can check the course-wise, category-wise, and college-wise seat matrix released by the authority at the time of choice filling.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

The candidate can check the seat allotment, which will be released on the official website. They can log in with their ID and password to download the JCECE seat allotment letter.

The candidates can change their choices and check the allotment status. The JCECE 2025 counselling includes two rounds of allotment, with a second extended round and a special round. They can download the provisional allotment letter and take a printout.

Step 4: Reporting at Allotted Institutes

The candidates with their respective allotted institutes can report to their institutes to confirm the admission within the stipulated time. They are advised to carry all the required documents during the reporting, along with the JCECE counselling allotment letter to the institute.
