- The Colleges will announce their Counselling process for B.Arch programs in different phases after the result declaration. Phase 2 is expected to begin in the second week of June 2025. Phase 3 is expected to begin in the third week of July 2025.
- The Odisha JEE 1st seat allotment will be on July 11. In case seats remain the a Special OJEE from July 23–28, and the final allotment will be released from August 1 -3 in online mode and from Aug 1–6 in physical mode
- The information on the total seats for architecture in Ahmedabad will be released by July 30, and the seat allotment process will happen in two rounds. Round 1 -counseling form filling on 8 August and allotment of seats from 8- 11 August, and round 2 shall begin on 20 August.
Overview
The NATA 2025 exam is conducted in India by the Council of Architecture (CoA). The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2025 is being conducted on Fridays (afternoon session) and Saturdays (morning and afternoon sessions)
The syllabus is divided into two parts. Part A, which contains a drawing composition test in online mode with a duration of 90 minutes, and Part B, which contains a computer-based adaptive test in offline mode with a duration of 90 minutes, which covers three subjects. The total duration is 3 hours (180 minutes), and the Mathematics and Drawing sections will feature multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
On the grounds of eligibility, only Candidates who have completed 10+2 with Mathematics or a 10+3 Diploma in Mathematics are eligible for the exam. The minimum qualifying marks are 45% for General and 40% for SC/ST/OBC students.
The exam offers multiple language options to candidates, including English, Hindi, and some other regional languages. The difficulty level of the exam is expected to be moderate, with Mathematics being the most challenging section.
A total of 30 government colleges are providing 1,160 seats, and 63 private colleges are providing seats in the B.Arch program on the basis of the result of NATA 2025. Approximately 37,246 students attempted the NATA 2024 exam, and approximately 24,540 students successfully qualified for the NATA 2024 exam.

What is NATA?
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) has been conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) since 2006 for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programs. The CoA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 1983 and 2020, approved by the Central Government under the Architects Act, 1972, mandate that candidates must pass an aptitude test conducted by either NTA (JEE) or NATA for architecture admissions. NATA Exam Day Guidelines 2025
Below are the given guideline parameters that you need to check on the NATA exam day:
- Carry your NATA 2025 Admit Card and a valid government photo ID (like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport). Without these, you won’t be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Bring one passport-size photo (same as the one you uploaded in the application form).
- Reach the exam centre at least 1 hour early.
- Check your assigned computer to ensure it’s working properly.
- If you have a PwD certificate, don’t forget to carry a copy of it.
- Make sure all your details are correct and you sign in the right place.
