TOEFL Application Process for 2025: Important Dates, Fees, Payment Modes, Documents, and Admit Card Info

The TOEFL 2025 application process includes registration, selection of test format, date choice, payment of fees and receiving confirmation mail. Read below to know about ETS TOEFL 2025 registration guidelines

Step 1- Get registered  

Candidates must sign on to the ETS (Educational Testing Service) website and create an account. For registration candidates are required to fill in their complete legal name (as mentioned in the passport), age, country of origin, email address, and mobile no. 

Step 2- Selection Of Test Format

After registration, candidates must select the test format. There are three choices :

• TOEFL IBT  
• TOEFL Home edition
• TOEFL Paper version 

Step 3 - Fixing The Date

Under the dates section, candidates will get a list of dates as per their country and city. Candidates can choose any one. 

Step 4. Complete the form of application form  and fee payment 

Now candidates must fill the application form.  Candidates can send the scores to 4 universities free of charge. After this, candidates have to pay the amount of ₹16,900 as application fees.

Step 6. Have an email confirmation  

As soon as the payment has been received, ETS will automatically send an email with the information, format, and (where appropriate) the address of the test center.
