VITEEE Exam Overview:

Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination is the entrance exam for B.Tech admissions in the VIT group of institutions. VITEEE is currently conducting the Phase 5 Counselling round for the session 2025-26 to get admission to the available B.Tech seats. As per VITEEE eligibility criteria, candidates should be Indian, NRI, PIO, or OCI and born on or after 1st July 2003. They should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or Biology. Minimum 60% in PCM/PCB is required, while SC/ST and certain regional candidates need a minimum of 50%.

VITEEE is compulsory for B.Tech aspirants. The application process is fully online and has 6 steps. VITEEE application fee is ₹1350 for Indian students and USD 90 for international students. According to VITEEE eligibility criteria, applicants must be Indian, NRI, PIO, or OCI. Candidates should be born on or after 1st July 2003 and must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.   • New User registration: Create an account by entering your name, email ID, mobile number, and other basic details. Candidates will receive login credentials via email or SMS.
  • Sign in as Registered User: Log in using the registered email ID and password to access the application form dashboard.
  • Filling Online Application Form: Fill out personal details, educational qualifications, and preferred exam centre in the Online form.
  • Payment: Pay the application fee online using debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
  • Photo & Signature Upload: Upload a recent passport-size photo and your scanned signature as per the given specifications.
  • Download Filled-in Application: After submission, download and save a copy of the completed application form for future reference.

VITEEE Slot Booking 2026

The VITEEE 2026 slot will be open after the registration window opens. Registered candidates can book their exam date and time through the online test booking system (OTBS) at vit.ac.in Log in can be done using the application number, registered email ID, and OTBS password. The slot booking was on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is advised. If a candidate missed a booking, slots were auto-assigned.
