• Age Limit: Students must be born on or after 1st July 2004 (as per the date of birth mentioned in the 10th class certificate) to be eligible for VITEEE 2026.
• Nationality: Indian nationals, NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualifications: Students must have passed or be appearing in the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination in 2026. Candidates should have completed regular, full-time formal education. NIOS students with a minimum of five subjects are also eligible.
• PCM/PCB Marks: For general category students, a minimum of 60% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) is required. For SC/ST students, and candidates from J&K, Ladakh, and the North-Eastern region, a minimum of 50% marks in PCM/PCB is needed.

The VITEEE 2026 syllabus includes questions from Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude, and English. The total number of questions is 125, distributed across the subjects in a fixed pattern. The question paper will be in English only, and the exam content is based on the Class 12 syllabus of the respective subjects.
