Haryana Vacant Seats Counselling: Documents Required 

Documents required to get admission through Haryana Counselling are as follows: 

  1. High school and Higher Secondary marksheets: The photocopies of the marksheets of the 10th and 12th classes are required. 
  2. Valid NEET admit card: Printout of the result of the NEET exam and also a printout of the admit card of NEET
  3. Domicile certificate: A Residence Certificate is needed to submit as residence evidence for Haryana Domicile Candidates.
  4. Caste certificate (if applicable): To get the benefits of reservation, you have to submit a Caste Certificate if you come under the category. 
  5. Migration certificate (if applicable): The Migration Certificate received from the last attended institute.
  6. Passport-size photographs: Four passport-size photographs are required from recent times. 
  7. Valid Photo ID Proof: ID proof like Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, etc is required.

You can apply for the Haryana Medical Counselling after qualifying for all the eligibility criteria. Steps to apply for the counselling are given below:

  • 1. Go to the Official Website:  Visit the DMER Haryana counselling portal, which is the official portal for counselling.
  • 2. Click on New Registration: Tap on the "New Registration" tab and then proceed further. 
  • 3. Fill all NEET Information: Fill your NEET 2026 Roll Number and Application Number and other details, and then verify it.
  • 4. Enter your Personal and Academic details: Enter your personal details like name, gender, date of birth, and contact and academic qualifications like class 10th and 12th marks. 
  • 5. Upload Required Documents: Upload self-attested copies of required documents like the NEET admit card, class 10th and 12th marksheets, and other mentioned documents.
