Documents Required for Verification
Verification of documents during the Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 is a very important stage for getting your preferred medical college in Haryana. Students who fail to verify their documents during counselling may face seat cancellation and other consequences.
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
- Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates
- Character Certificate from the last attended institution
- Domicile Certificate (for Haryana residents)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (if applicable)
- Certificates for Dependent of Freedom Fighters or Ex-Servicemen (if applicable)
- Minority Status Affidavit (if applicable)
- Two valid photo ID proofs (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID)
- Recent passport-sized photographs (four copies)
For NRI Candidates:
- Equivalency Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities
- Conversion Certificate (grading to percentage of marks)

Counselling Process Overview
Below is the counselling process followed during the Haryana NEET Counselling 2025-
There are two rounds of counselling for Haryana MBBS/BDS 2025 admission, which will be conducted manually in online mode.
Step 1 - The first step is to register for Haryana NEET-UG 2025 counselling.
Step 2 - After receiving the application, followed by the Haryana NEET 2025 counselling round. DMER Haryana will release the merit list.
Step 3 - The Haryana Merit List 2025 will be category-specific and released separately for government-aided medical, dental, and private colleges.
Step 4 - Candidates who are selected or have their name on the merit list for Haryana MBBS/BDS admissions 2025 have to fill up their choices
Step 5 - After the choice filling, Seat allotment will be done on the basis of the Haryana merit list 2025.
Step 6 - An allotment letter will be issued for the allotted seats for admission during Haryana NEET Counselling 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Students must check the eligibility criteria before applying to the counselling process. Here are all the requirements you need to fulfill.
- Must be a citizen of India. NRI, PIO, and OCI.
- Must be a bona fide resident of Haryana.
- The age of the candidate must be 17 years or below on 31st December, 2025
- Must have passed the 12th class from a recognised board with PCB and English as main subjects
- The student must have qualified for the NEET Exam 2025
- The candidate must secure a minimum qualifying percentile.

Note - The security deposit is adjusted against the tuition fee upon admission or refunded if no seat is allotted. Else, it may be forfeited if a candidate fails to report after seat allotment.
