When the candidate wants to go for further rounds even after getting a seat allocation in the first round, they can pay the fee and go for the second round. Here, if the candidate gets a higher optio,n then students can go for the higher option. If there is no higher option allocated to students, then the earlier allocated seat still remains in the student’s favour.
