The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the Karnataka NEET Round 2 Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment Result for MBBS and BDS programmes. The Karnataka UGNEET seat allotment result PDF involves the allotment status of 11,626 students who submitted the options for MBBS seats and 2,689 students who opted for BDS seats. Students who have been allotted seats in Round 2 can submit their admission choices until 14 September 2026, while the final Karnataka NEET Round 2 result will be announced subsequently.

The Karnataka NEET UG Counselling is carried out by the KEA for admissions to 85% state quota seats. The counselling for the remaining 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is carried out by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
