Punjab NEET UG 2025 Counselling will be held through Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). Candidates will need to do online registration to take part in the counselling process. The timetable for Punjab Counselling may be released on the legitimate website. Punjab NEET UG Counselling is held in 3 rounds. However, the 2nd round will only be carried out if any seats are left vacant after the 1st round of Punjab NEET Counselling.

A candidate who has qualified NEET Exam 2025 and was given domicile of Punjab can apply for the state quota seats of Punjab. To take part in the Punjab NEET Counselling, a candidate needs to sign up online at the legitimate internet site of BFUHS, bfuhs.ggmcsh.org. Candidates have to note that the applications for the Counselling of Punjab NEET 2025 will be accepted in online mode only. Applications submitted offline or via e-mail will no longer be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab NEET Counselling 2025

The students must ensure to fulfill all the required entry criteria for Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2025

  • The admission to MBBS/BDS Courses will be open to applicants who've qualified NEET-UG- 2025 and are eligible according to Punjab Govt. notifications and the next amendment(s)/ corrigendum(s), and in addition to the Punjab Govt. Personnel Department letter dated 06.06.1996.
  • Merely applying for admission to MBBS/BDS guides on the idea of NEET-UG-2025 will now no longer entitle the Candidates to eligibility. A Merit of a candidate for admission will be decided through the Admission Committee strictly as per guidelines and regulations laid down through the Punjab Govt. Notification(s) as posted in this prospectus and all different files are required with the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.
  • Counseling/Admissions will be carried out through the Admission Committee constituted through the Punjab Government for this purpose.
  • Age: As laid out in NEET-UG 2025.

Punjab NEET Counselling Process 2025

Online information provided through applicants within the application form for Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 can be treated as accurate, and requests for any change will no longer be entertained by the authority:

Step 1: Registration

To take part in Punjab NEET Counselling 2025, it is mandatory for the candidate to sign up at the legitimate website of BFUHS. Candidates who fail to sign up in the stipulated time frame will no longer be eligible for Punjab NEET 2025 Counselling.

Step 2: Depositing the registration/application charge for Punjab NEET Counselling

The application charge for the Punjab NEET 2025 counselling must be paid online. The application charge can be paid using a credit card/debit card/internet banking. If a candidate fails to deposit the application charge for Punjab NEET 2025 counselling, their application will no longer be considered

Step 3: State Merit List

BFUHS will put together a state merit list and could upload it to the legitimate website of the institute. The merit list will include only the applicants who registered themselves at the legitimate internet site of BFUHS. Apart from the state ranking, a candidate may also be ranked on the premise of the category that he/she belong to.

Step 4: Institutional preferences

The next step within the counselling procedure of Punjab NEET is to pick out the college/institute of preference. Candidates need to log in to their registered accounts and select from the choices provided. The seats could be allotted to the applicants based at the choices filled on this stage; hence, a candidate has to select the options wisely.

Step 5: Seat allocation list

Next, a seat allocation list could be organized through BFUHS. This list could be organized on the premise of the selections filled through the applicants and their state merit. The seat allotment list will also be available at the legitimate website of the institute.

Step 6: Reporting to the allotted institute

Candidates who make it to the seat allotment list of Punjab NEET counselling 2025 will need to report to the allotted institute for verification of their files. After the verification of the files and the eligibility of the applicant, the top of the institute will issue a bank challan for the deposition of the charge.

Step 7: Depositing the tuition fee

Punjab NEET Counselling Round Wise Process

The applicants who are participating in NEET exam should complete the counselling process. The round-wise process of Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2025 is mentioned below:

Step 1: The candidate needs to go to the legitimate website.

Step 2: Click on “New Registration” Option.

Step 3: Personal Information

After the successful registration and account activation, applicants need to fill his/their personal data. Make sure all of the statistics are accurate while filling out the application form.

Step 4: Upload Photo and Signature

After entering the personal data, the candidate must add his / her passport size photo of high contrast (Photo needs to be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s call and snapping date), and complete signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letters) after duly scanning the same. After importing the photo and signature, click at the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 5: Educational Information

After importing the scanned photo and signature, the candidate must input his / her educational data at the computer display and click at the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 6: Payment of Counselling Fee

After filling in all of the required details, applicants need to continue with payment of the Counselling Fee. The counselling Fee will now no longer be refunded.

There are the following modes for fee of the Counselling Fee:

a. Payment through Bank Challan: If the candidate desires to Pay the Counselling Fee via Bank Challan, he/she must pick the offline / NEFT Challan option from Payment mode appearing on a computer display and download the Challan and get the print and visiting any Bank up to the scheduled closing date, the Counselling Fee can be paid via NEFT mode.

b. Online Payment: If the candidate desires to pay the Counselling Fee via Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, he/she must pick an online choice from fee mode appearing at the computer display and “Make the Payment.” It should be made via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing fee additional to Counselling Fee for fee via online mode.

Candidates are required to bring the requisite documents in original and submit the Xerox copies of the same during the verification process:

  • 10th Certificate.
  • 12th Certificate.
  • 12th Mark Sheet.
  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card.

  • Category Certificate (if applicable).
  • Domicile Certificate (for Punjab candidates only).
  • Certificate of Sub Category, If Applicable.
