Punjab Counselling Fee Payment Structure

In Punjab, the MBBS fee structure depends on the college type, whether the college is government or private and the quota (Government or Management). Government MBBS colleges' fees range annually from ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,80,000, excluding hostel and other charges. Private colleges have higher fees, with Management Quota seats can be range from ₹7,50,000 to ₹10,00,000 per year.

Punjab Counselling Fee Payment: Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1- Open the Punjab Counselling website and fill out all required personal and academic details.

Step 2- Upload scanned copies of original documents (10+2 marksheet, NEET score card, NEET admit card, category certificate, domicile certificate).

Step 3- Select fee payment and choose your payment mode (UPI/Bank Transfer/Card).

Step 4– Enter your payment details

  • Card: Input card number, expiry date, and CVV (make sure online payments are enabled).
  • Net Banking: Select your bank and log in with your net-banking username and password.
  • UPI: Scan the QR code or enter your UPI ID and approve the transaction.

Step 5- After successful payment, download and save the fee receipt.

Ques: Which payment methods are accepted?
Ans: Candidate can pay by various methods example are  Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI. The candidate can also check for offline payment at the college admission panel. 


Ques: How do I know if my payment was successful?
Ans: After payment, the Candidate will see a confirmation message with a transaction ID. and also receives a  SMS and email. Download or screenshot the fee receipt as proof.


Ques: What if the transaction fails but the amount is deducted?
Ans: Wait for 10–15 minutes for any updates. If it still shows not a successful payment, note your bank transaction ID, take a screenshot, and contact the counselling helpline with these details.


Ques: Can I change my category after paying the fee?
Ans: No, once the payment is done, you can not change any details. For any corrections, contact support before fee payment.
