What is the Haryana Mop-Up Round?

The Haryana Mop-Up Round is the third round of NEET UG counselling in the state. It is conducted offline and aims to fill the vacant MBBS and BDS seats in government and private colleges that remain unfilled after the first two rounds.

Who Can Participate in the Haryana NEET Counselling Mop-Up Round 2026?

Candidates who meet the following criteria will be eligible for the Haryana NEET Mop-Up Round 2026:

• Must have qualified in the re-NEET 2026.
• Must be registered on the DMER Haryana portal.
• Candidates who do not get a seat in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates who are allotted a seat in earlier rounds but choose to surrender it within the allowed time.
• Students who missed the earlier rounds or were absent during counselling.

Note: Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 2 and fail to resign within the specified deadline may not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round.
