According to the official notification, JEE Main session 2 registration window reopened on 12 March and will remain so till 13 March 2026. Earlier, JEE Main session 2 registration last date was 25 January 2026. The JEE Main session 2 registration link is active for the 2026 JEE Main April attempt. Candidates who wish to appear in JEE Main April session must apply soon. NTA will not extend the JEE Main session 2 registration last date.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration: Application Process
The NTA has made some changes in the JEE Main April attempt registration this year, including Live photo Capture and e-KYC.
Note: Aadhar e-KYC and live photo capture are mandatory during the form-filling process.
The candidates must follow the steps given below to fill in the JEE Session 2 registration application:
- Visit the official website
- Click on Registration and create I’d and a password as per NTA guidelines
- Get the application number after registration and login using credentials
- Fill in the details and upload the mandatory documents
- Capture a live photo and upload documents, including a photo, signature, and certificates.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form
- Download the confirmation page and take a printout of the JEE Mains April 2026 application form.
